STOMACH
OR ABDOMINAL PAINS
WITH ACIDITY, BLOATING,
AND PAINFUL SPASMS
(GASTRITIS AND COLITIS)
CAUSES:
Unbalanced diet
Excess stress
Excess anxiety, which causes contractions in the deep musculature
in the abdominal area .
REMEDIES:
Regulate the diet and in particular:
decrease the quantity of grains (if they exceed 50% of the foods
eaten), favouring organic whole-grain rice (it has a soothing effect
and is easily digestible); increase the quantity of vegetables (especially
raw fennel); decrease the consumption of fat, meat (fish is better)
and heavy foods.
Fight stress, practice passive
meditation and get plenty of sleep. If you suffer from insomnia,
see the pertinent short sections.
Attain the relaxation of the deep musculature. There are
various tricks:
1 - Breathe as much as possible by moving the muscles of the lower
belly (see 3rd key). Moving these muscles
also helps prevent the production of intestinal gas due to the immobility
of the intestines.
2 - When spasms of pain are felt, don't resist them with contractions,
but let the pain "move" in the direction in which it is
"pushing" (whoever has experienced this type of colic,
knows that the pangs give the impression of moving in a certain
direction).
3 - Deal with the colic by relaxing and listening to the different
"tensions" in the various parts of the belly. Listen and
let the "energies" move freely (obviously, we are talking
of subsensations in a figurative way. If you take me literally,
the discussion becomes absurd).
4 - Try also the exercise of the balloon
full of water
Practice pleasurable self-massage.
Digestive herbal teas: one part fennel seeds, one part anise,
and one part liquorice (very good).
Nibble often on organic puffed rice wafers. Rice milk is
also very soothing (these are products that you can find in health
food stores).
A good idea is to begin the cure with two or three days on
a liquid diet: homemade carrot, apple and grape juice.
BALDNESS
Caused
in 90% of cases by poor circulation of the blood and by an excess
of fatty foods and sweets.
Regulate the diet, in particular increasing the quantity
of fiber, above all through the consumption of whole-grain rice,
which is also a good general cleanser.
Learn to move the ears, forehead and the entire scalp as
slowly as possible (see 2nd key)
until you feel a strong warmth, for a minimum of 10 minutes a day.
Within three months, the hair will stop falling out and will grow
back in the bald spots (I swear!).
It is also useful to use a neutral pH shampoo. Don't wear
a hat (which by warming the head makes hair superfluous) and apply
wet clay compresses (see page 195) to revitalize the cells of the
skin.
HEADACHE
At
least 90% of migraines are caused by:
Contractions in the shoulder and neck muscles (temporary
disorder).
Overeating (temporary disorder).
Faulty position of the spinal cord (chronic disorder).
For the first two causes, all one needs to do is lie down, move
the neck and shoulder in slow motion,
and then fall asleep.
Chronic disorders instead are generally due to poor postures that
one assumes during the day and from the resulting deformation of
the structure of the spinal cord. In some cases, these imbalances
are also due to tight shoes or to dental work that has deformed
the natural position of the jaw. Once the posture error is specifically
identified, the pain disappears immediately.
But in order to obtain such results, you need to consult a specialist
and take a brief course. There are various re-educational "schools":
Meziere, Alexander, isometric exercises, and other similar courses. You
will find dozens of recommendations in New Age magazines. Take time
to choose the one that is right for you.
N.B. In some cases, headache also has concomitant causes of a purely
psychological nature. The general discussion on passive meditation,
relaxation, changing your point of view on life, etc., is therefore
valid.
BACK
PAIN
Essentially,
it is caused by faulty posture. See what was said on chronic headache.
GENITAL
AND
SEXUAL DISORDERS
Menstrual Pain
This is mostly caused by nervous tension and poor tissue tonicity.
REMEDIES:
Exercise the vaginal muscles. (see the following paragraph)
Practice relaxation techniques.
Urine Incontinence And Vaginal Prolapse
These are conditions caused by the non-use and resulting deterioration
of the vaginal muscles. It is necessary to contract the pubococcygeal
muscle for 5 seconds (the one that you use to stop the flow of pee)
and then to relax it for 10 seconds. By doing this exercise for
20 minutes a day, this muscle will revive and gradually one will
learn to move all the muscles in this area.
Impotence
In the majority of cases this is caused by an overly anxious attitude
towards sex. The cure is soft penetration
.
Frigidity
The root causes are above all psychological, but many women have
solved this problem by familiarizing themselves with their genitals,
learning to touch themselves and, above all, by doing vaginal exercises.
It is also useful to discover the G spot, which is located internally
behind the pubic bone.
Touch your G spot by applying a certain amount of pressure,
deep, towards the internal part of the pubic bone. Modulate
the pressure in order to discover where the most pleasurable
part is. After a minute, you should begin to feel a definite
pleasure. Continue. |

Male Frigidity
A disorder that is rarely talked about, but is actually quite common.
One has normal sex, with erection and ejaculation, but without feeling
any sensation of pleasure. It is above all a matter of too much
self-control. The man isn't able to switching off his rational mind
and let himself go.
It
is also caused by an excessive involuntary contraction of the
pubococcygeal muscle, which suffocates the pleasure receptors
set internally at the base of the penis (the male G spot is
located between the scrotum and the anus, see illustration).

This
spot can be reached by massaging this area or by sucking rhythmically.
Naturally, this sucking should happen during intercourse, thanks
to the possibilities of the vaginal muscles. But to succeed at it,
a woman should practice a lot, because in our culture these muscles
are forgotten. Soft penetration can
also help.
Premature
Ejaculation
This is not really a disorder. Staying power is an ability that
one acquires with experience. One needs to relax, breathe deeply
(above all, when one feels bursts of pleasure) and listen to the
subtle sensations . Don't concentrate
on listening just to genital pleasure.
Urethritis
(In Women)
Even women can ejaculate a liquid very similar in many ways to male
sperm (but without spermatozoa) during orgasm. Many women don't
know this. They feel the stimulus, but confuse it with the need
to urinate. They hold it back and this causes an irritation. Learn
to let yourself go and to freely contract the vagina during orgasm
as if you want to expel the penis from inside you. This way you
can ejaculate all the way, thus restoring your physiological balance.
Femal
Sterility
This can have many causes. Poor vaginal muscle tone was recently
identified as being one of the possible causes. Try to see if you
obtain positive results by contracting and relaxing the vaginal
muscles.
Cystitis, Prostatitis and Hemorrhoids
Burning when urinating; in men, also during ejaculation. I've already
talked about this at length. In brief,
it is a matter of:
Regulating the diet.
Learning to empty the bladder completely when peeing.
Relaxing the anal-genital area.
Breathing and practicing the balloon
exercise.
Not contracting yourself during sex.
Practicing self-massage .
Following a specific diet: very soft water (such as Fiuggi
or Sangemini), lots of vegetables, especially celery, raw or cooked
artichokes and boiled onions.
