UNITING
WITH THE MIRACLE
OF COSMIC BELONGING

Put
this way it might seem like a banality to you. But it is an important
banality.
We are an inseparable part of this world. There is no alternative.
We are in this universe and will remain here for the rest of our
lives. Solitudes is just an expression.
We are piled up by the millions on every square metre. We and
5 million microorganisms that consider us their warm megalopolis.
Many great philosophers have explained that perceiving this cosmic
belonging is the most sublime pleasure of life. Enlightenment, nirvana,
the state of grace, satori, are nothing other than a way of perceiving
ourselves as a spark of the world.
To perceive the unity between oneself and everything else is a concretely
audible physical sensation.
In fact, we all have experienced this state of ecstasy at least
once. Waking up from a wonderful dream, feeling love blossom, finding
a solution to a problem. Or letting yourself go in a fit of laughter.
We can experience something like this during sex, which is the simplest
way of entering into such a state of consciousness.

SOME
MICROORGANISM THAT LIVE INSIDE ME

This
is about making love in a completely different way.
- Without
trying to impress anyone.
- Both
partners want to try something fun.
- You
breathe deeply and do everything slowly (you can even remain still,
which is better).
- After
massaging each other slowly and delicately for a while, you get
the scissors position.
Insert
the penis. If it isn't erect, all the better. Lubricate the interested
parts (saliva also work fine) and let it slide in with the help
of your fingers, using the famous "squeeze the tube of toothpaste"
technique. It isn't easy, but if you can drive a car downtown
during rush hour, you can do this, too.
- The
scissors position will allow the penis to remain inserted even
without an erection. Once you have found the right position for
this to work (and so that he remains where he should), take advantage
of it and do nothing else. Lie still. Listen only to your breathing.
Relax the lower belly and the area of the pubis and the anus.

If you don't succeed in completely relaxing the genital area,
with breathing, try the "balloon full of water" exercise
(see "Third Key"). By relaxing
this area, the ability to feel pleasure increases. If you are
female, you should then try to contract the vaginal muscles. Begin
by making the movement that you use to stop the flow of pee. Then
try to find other movements.
- The
important thing, however, is to remain in this position of calm
for 35 minutes (it doesn't matter if you've already come after
35 seconds. Stay there without moving).
DO IT IN SLOW MOTION
After about 35 minutes, a physiological reaction is felt. The
brain waves homogenize themselves; they become similar. It is
a real phenomenon which can be misured with the appropriate instruments.
It causes an overall sense of pleasure and gratification, and
a soft warmth in an area, big as an apple, below the belly button.
Enjoy this state of grace. You are experiencing a "valley
orgasm". You can then end sex with a normal orgasm, but you
can also fall asleep, like this, and you will enjoy full and deep
gratification (and, if you are male and you haven't come, you
won't experience the typical feeling of swollen testicles even
if you haven't come).
Meditation must be
passive
Another way of perceiving this dimension which goes beyond the
limits of the individual is passive meditation. It consists of
making oneself comfortable (yawning, smiling, etc), not doing
anything, not resisting thoughts, but not expending energy on
them either. Thoughts come. Look at them. Let them go. Others
will come, interspersed by moments of distraction or by simply
listening to sensations. The important thing is to distract oneself.
In those moments, as the rational mind switches off, our energies,
no longer absorbed in verbal thought, are free to restore the
body. Tensions loosen, more oxygen circulates, the pleasure receptors
open and our unconscious mind perceives our participation in something
vaster than the physical body.
If passive static meditation doesn't work for you, try passive
dynamic meditation. It's very easy.
If you find it difficult to relax and to let yourself go, try
running until you're tired. Then let yourself collapse to the
ground. To recuperate your energies, the body will switch off
the rational mind and you can sail towards a more subtle sensibility.

TAKEN A BIG STEP TOWARDS HEALTH AND WELL-BEING. YOU HAVE A MUCH
GREATER CHANCE OF BEING PART OF THAT 33% OF THE PEOPLE WHO RECOVER
FROM EVERY DISEASE, AND ABOUT WHOM WHEN THEY DIE, PEOPLE WILL
SAY: «INCREDIBLE! I SAW HIM JUST YESTERDAY. HE WAS LOOKING
GREAT!»
