THE
7 KEYS
OF CHANGE
explained through entertaining experiments
"What
a pretentious title!" you will say, dear reader. And you may
be right. But the following pages contain a decisive proposal, immediately
feasible and very simple and concrete.
As I said, the idea is that most of our problems stem from a series
of misunderstandings on basic questions, such as: "Who am I,
how can I close my hand, why do I at times hate everyone with a
passion and keep bumping my head on sharp corners?"
Here are a few experiments. They'll take you just a few minutes.
But once you have experienced these objective and physiological
reactions in your body and mind, the idea that you have of yourself
will change radically. And yet, after this change, there will be
nothing in your mind that, in some way, wasn't already there before.
