For
bruises, proceed first of all by cooling the bruised area with water
and ice. Next stroke as gently as possible the surrounding area,
which has become numb following the bruise. In all cases, proceed
afterwards with very slow movements of the affected area, choosing
those movements that do not cause pain.

Surgery
can do a lot, but it is vexing to let oneself be peeled like an
orange. Creams and other concoctions do little good. Instead, slow
motion movement makes it possible to erase wrinkles, get rid of
double chins, tone up the breasts make the skin become more luminous
and, in the long run, reshape the facial muscles by loosening contractions
and thus make the face more harmonious. It is hard to believe that
it is so simple. But try it. One day when you're really wiped out,
with bags under your eyes that reach down to your navel, start to
make faces in slow motion. Repeat making each face until that part
has warmed up, and then move on to another group of muscles. In
15 minutes you will obtain amazing results. It also works for the
breasts, but this requires a bit more work. Try to move in slow
motion first the muscles at the top part of each breast until it
warms up. Then try those on the side. Next, the part below (it's
a little difficult). Then go to the inner part and finally to the
area around the nipple. If you're not able to make any movement,
it doesn't matter. After a few minutes, you will feel the part warming
up anyway. Continue for a couple more minutes before moving on to
another area. Surprisingly, you will notice the first results after
about ten days. As far as pot bellies and the buttocks are concerned,
slow motion movement does little. It is necessary to walk a lot,
using the right posture.
